Ever found the perfect Web site on your subject, only to discover that the link was dead? Google fixes that problem by "caching" (keeping a copy of) the original Web page. Click the “Cached” link to see the original Web page, with your search terms highlighted on it.

Tired of wading through a gazillion out-of-date, over-hyped Web pages to find one with any useful information? Take a look at this site. Librarians at Cal Berkeley have vetted hundreds of Web sites and organized them in a directory for you.
