Look here for extensive information about Supreme Court decisions, the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Code and other law materials.  Selected Supreme Court decisions are available online all the way back to 1937. Cornell's page includes recent decisions and biographical information about current justices.

Has records for bankruptcy cases in the Richmond and Alexandria courts. Localities covered include all Fredericksburg-area counties except Culpeper and Louisa. See the news librarian for access.

The National Archive of Criminal Justice Data is an extensive group of databases on drugs, violent crime, the criminal justice system and public attitudes about crime. But be forewarned: the datasets are often large and complicated.

Rappahannock River Drownings - Excel Format
Names, locations, etc. of drownings from 1962 to present.  NOTE: Dr. Frederic Phillips, the Fredericksburg area’s medical examiner, says there have been 18 more drownings since 1972 than we have in our list.  However, he has not released any information to The Free Lance-Star about the incidents or the victims.
